STURMHERTA Release-Show

STURMHERTA is a sound artist and experimental musician whose work delves into the boundaries of resonance, minimalism, and sonic complexity. His practice is rooted in exploration and experimentation, using both digital and physical resonators to transform simple audio inputs into intricate soundscapes. STURMHERTA’s approach often blurs the lines between digital synthesis, physical acoustics, and the natural behavior of feedback, resulting in performances and recordings that are as much about process as they are about the final sound.

DAPHNE VON SCHRADER live

Daphne von Schrader is a visual artist currently researching bacteria and the biological effect of sound. As a noise artist, she develops conceptual lecture-performances in which she explores sound in the context of ecological, social or personal issues. In one of her most recent sound pieces, she explored the physiological effect of certain frequency ranges and investigated how sound can influence a listening organism. Her electro-compositions are acoustic collages of associated impressions and feelings. Between noise synthesis, frequency manipulation and love songs, she reconfigures environments and narrates narrative sound phenomena. Away from sound, she works on projects between installation, sculpture and film.
