FOQL live

FOQL stands for Justyna Banaszczyk – experimental electronic music and sound artist, author of radio dramas, film scores, and video game soundtracks. Her tracks bring to mind IDM and industrial, but their most distinctive feature are complex rhythms and often harsh sounds, constant exploration and contradicting the artist’s own musical identity – a trait that is reflected in her largely improvised live performances. Occasionally reaches for vinyls and four-track tape recorders to create sound collages and mixtapes under the moniker Głupiec (meaning “fool”).

Justyna co-runs Pointless Geometry label, which releases experimental electronic music. She is also co-founder of Radio Kapitał, the first community radio in Poland. She is also former member of Oramics collective.

UNPROFESSIONAL live

Giulia Valenti aka Giuglia aka Unprofessional. Berlin-based. She is a visual artist, music producer and event organizer living in Berlin.

MALA HERBA live

Mala Herba is the solo project of a sound artist and queer music activist Zosia Hołubowska. Based on traditional music, magic and demonology of Eastern Europe, Mala Herba explores queerness and sexpositivity. Powerful, witchy vocals are weaved into hypnotic beats, cold base lines and romantic synthesizer melodies. Sometimes the melody cracks, the voice becomes a magic spell and the song transforms into a noise soundscape. But then the arppegio kicks back in and your bones resonate with the italodisco inspired bass and rhythm.
