BUTTECHNO

Having achieved certain recognition with his dancefloor-oriented project Buttechno, the Berlin-based artist is currently focused on sonic experiments and artistic collaborations under his birth name. Pavel Milyakov uses his work as a means to acknowledge the true historic and cultural context, delving into sociopsychological issues that haunt the society, and addressing memory — both collective and individual — and its potential to change our visions of the future. Working in a variety of musical genres he created collaborative works with such artists as Bendik Giske, Alex Zhang Hungtai, Yana Pavlova, Richie Culver.

LUCIA KAGRAMANYAN

Lucia Kagramanyan is a Vienna-based Dj also known as a host of NTS radio show Panorama Yerevan, which is showcasing solely Armenian music in its huge variety. Lucia is researching Armenian music and makes it accessible via one-hour episodes that focus either on different genres or moods, mixing together old and new recordings. Her balance between obscure and obvious and digger highlights as a selector and DJ can be heard on radio waves of Palestinian Radio Alhara, and past guest shows on Red Light Radio, Reform Radio Bristol, Rinse Fm, Operator Radio in Rotterdam, and others.

NINO STELZL

The DJ, producer and visual artist is a Viennese scene stalwart and a walking encyclopaedia of pop culture. In his DJ sets, which are usually strictly vinyl-based, he nevertheless likes to peek into the most obscure niches of the underground.

INOU KI ENDO

Inou Ki Endo’s preference lies in infernal and cerebral sounds, obscure dilettantes and professional borderliners beyond the musical mainstream. Shilla Strelka hosts concerts in Vienna as Struma+Iodine, curates the Unsafe+Sounds Festival, is part of the Elevate Festival team of curators and active as a music journalist and lecturer. As Inou Ki Endo, she is filtering communal sounds and rhythms from the past and the present, drawing from techno, hybrid club, ambient, noise and beats from around the globe.

MARAWS

MARAws is a DJ, producer, promoter and writer who is currently based in Vienna, Austria. They are co-organizing the event series Augend&Addend + co-running the cassette label Jeopardize.
